By sending a brochure of a house model and its floor plan(s), you acknowledge that you have been informed that all models available on this website are the exclusive property of EVO Plan and are protected by Canadian copyright law. You should be aware that it is prohibited to use these brochures for construction purposes or to obtain a building permit.

EVO Plan graciously provides you with these brochures solely for the purpose of allowing you to make modifications, in order to subsequently present them to the EVO Plan agency for necessary adjustments.

If you intend to build one of our models, it is mandatory to purchase a plan from EVO Plan. The purchase of a plan grants you the right to construct a single house, and you are prohibited from reselling or offering your plan to anyone in your vicinity once your house is built. Please contact us if you plan to build the same model multiple times in order to obtain all the necessary details.

Modifications to an EVO Plan model must only be carried out by the EVO Plan agency itself. If you choose to have your plan modified by another company or individual other than EVO Plan, it may result in legal action against both you and the company or individual with whom you collaborated for the modification or reproduction of the plan.
